Fortimel Compact Energy is a food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition.
For use under medical supervision only, Fortimel Compact Energy is a low volume, high energy, nutritionally complete oral nutritional supplement in liquid form, containing minerals, vitamins and trace elements, providing 12g of protein and 300kcal in a 125ml bottle.
Fortimel Compact Energy has been specially formulated to deliver high nutrient density in a small volume to meet the needs of patients who are unable to finish a standard volume (200ml) oral nutritional supplement.
Fortimel Compact Energy is available in the following flavours: Vanilla, Strawberry, Banana, Mocha, Forest Fruit, Apricot and Chocolate.
This product is intended to support the dietary requirements of various patients with disease-related malnutrition, such as patients with cancer, when the daily diet alone is no longer sufficient to cover their nutritional needs.
Ingredients (neutral flavor): Water, glucose syrup, cow’s milk proteins, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), potassium lactate, emulsifier (soy lecithin), magnesium hydrogen phosphate, choline chloride, potassium citrate, flavourings, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, maltodextrin, sodium L-ascorbate, ferrous lactate, zinc sulphate, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, retinyl acetate, copper gluconate, sodium selenite, manganese sulphate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, chromium chloride, D-biotin, cholecalciferol, thiamin hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, sodium molybdate, riboflavin, sodium fluoride, potassium iodide, phytomenadione, cyanocobalamin.
