Not suitable for children under 1 year of age and patients with galactosaemia

The quantity of feed and the dilution should be determined by a clinician or dietitian only, and is dependent on age, bodyweight and medical condition of the patient.

1. Wash your hands, use clean utensils and ensure top of packaging is clean.
2. To prepare 200 ml of feed, put 150 ml of previously boiled cold water in a glass.
3. Gradually add 10 levelled scoops (61g) of Fortini Junior powder while stirring and mix until fully dissolved.
4. Only use the scoop provided in the packaging. Use prepared feeds within 2 hours. Always discard unfinished feeds.

One level scoop provides 6.1 g of powder.
To prepare 100 ml of feed, use 75 ml of water of 20°C and add 5 levelled scoops (30.5 g) of powder.
To prepare 200 ml of feed, use 150 ml of water and add 10 levelled scoops.

Note: Formula is not sterile. The formula should be prepared immediately prior to feeding. Do not boil formula and do not use a microwave oven to heat.

Store in a dry, cool place (<25°C). Do not refrigerate. Once opened, reseal packaging and use within one month.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Caseinate (from Cow's Milk), Sucrose, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Magnesium Hydrogen Phosphate, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithins), Calcium Carbonate, Choline Chloride, Sodium L-Ascorbate, Taurine, L-Ascorbic Acid, Ferrous Sulphate, Zinc Sulphate, L-Carnitine, Nicotinamide, Antioxidant (Ascorbyl Palmitate), Calcium D-Pantothenate, Copper Sulphate, Thiamin Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Manganese Sulphate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Sodium Fluoride, Retinyl Palmitate, Dl-Alpha Tocopherol, Dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid, Chromium Chloride, Sodium Molybdate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite, D-Biotin, Phytomenadione, Cholecalciferol, Cyanocobalamin.
