Fortimel Diacare is a food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition in patients with diabetes mellitus or hyperglycaemia.
For use under medical supervision only, Fortimel Diacare is a high protein, high energy oral nutritional supplement in liquid form, containing minerals, vitamins and trace elements, providing 300kcal, 20g protein and 1.4g fibre in 200ml. Fortimel Diacare is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
Fortimel DiaCare has been specifically formulated with low glycemic index* properties to meet the nutritional requirements of patients with disease related malnutrition and diabetes mellitus or hyperglycaemia.
